Today marks our 1,000th day online! Its an exciting milestone, not just because its a nice number but because it represents a lot of hard work, progression and developments over the last ~2.75 years. Even though we have been online for 1,000 days we are still just getting started. Dark Matter is in it for the long haul and we aim to be remembered as one of the longest running DNM's in darknet history. We understand that certain vendor teams operate with multiple members and having multi-user staff access with limited permissions can be very helpful for running a business. Based on that, we have now added the feature that vendor's can enable a "Moderator Panel" and add and manage staff members with varying permissions. With the vendor moderator panel enabled, the owner of the vendor account can create staff roles with varying permissions ranging from managing inventory, processing orders, updating listings and more. The staff access is completely customizable and has a massive amount of permutations of roles and permissions so that each vendor can have a completely bespoke staff setup that meets their specific needs. We also created a custom PGP section which allows a vendor to utilize PGP keys specifically for staff members so that orders can be encrypted and decrypted with a staff key, rather than requiring a staff member access to the master vendor key. Access to this feature can be enabled either through an increased market fee, a flat rate monthly subscription or a multiple month pre payment. Important news for vendors! We are now launching a weekly Featured Listings program that will display 4 vendor listings every week at the most prominent placement on the market homepage. Placement will be based on a weekly bidding program beginning Monday April. If you are a vendor and want to optimize how you can get more traffic to your listings read below: ---- Featured listings are the best way for a vendor to advertise their listings. Featured listings are the 4 most prominent placements on the market home page, designed to receive the most views from market traffic. A vendor that is serious about getting the most eyes on their listings and maximizing purchases of their products would be encouraged to consider utilizing featured listings. Every week, we offer an opportunity to bid on placement in featured listings. Beginning every Monday at 0:00 UTC, the bidding opens and vendors can place a bid to have a specific product listing placed in the Featured Listings for the following week. Any bid can be placed, with a minimum amount of 1 XMR. The bidding process ends every Friday at 23:59 UTC. The market system will notify the 4 highest bidders that they have won and will be given 24 hours to pay a unique XMR address. FAILURE TO PAY A WINNING BID WILL RESULT IN $100 USD FINE AND DELETION OF BID. REPEATED FAILURE TO PAY WINNING BIDS MAY RESULT IN HIGHER FINES, ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR PERMANENT BLACKLISTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN FUTURE BIDS. Each Sunday, winners who have paid their bid amounts will be confirmed and if there are any unpaid bids, all vendors who submitted bids that did not win will receive a notification that they have the opportunity to pay for a leftover Featured Listing space. This will be on a first come first serve basis and whoever pays first will get the leftover spot. Winning bids will then be displayed on Monday and the cycle will repeat. Its especially nice to see an opiates/heroin vendor selling product with accurate test results as historically that product category has had the most issues.

Effective immediately, we have banned the sale of physical "cloned cards" on Dark Matter. Physical cloned cards are consistently a scam product and if a vendor had a stockpile of usable cloned cards with balances, they would not sell them to anyone on a marketplace. There are certainly people who create real physical cloned cards, but they are not the vendors you see selling them on the darkweb. Buyers: if you see any listing for cloned cards, please report them immediately to staff.
